Stewart Heath

Stewart Heath founded the Harvard Grace Corporation in 2010, which has since expanded into Harvard Grace Capital. HG Corporation still provides fractional C-level executive services to clients as well as general business consulting. Heath also sits on several boards, including HGC, Winsome Truth, The Shepherd’s Call, and Second Chance Sober Living. In 2016, Heath was recognized as a finalist for the Nashville Business Journal’s CFO Awards. Currently, Heath holds several fractional CFO positions.

Heath previously held positions as COO and CFO for companies in retail, real estate, manufacturing, corporate services, entertainment, and digital media. He  earned his CPA license in 1987 and has since held several senior financial and operating positions. Heath also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.  He now runs Harvard Grace Capital, an idea that’s been close to his heart for a long time, in an effort to provide stability for investors and to engage in his community.

Dan Raines

Dan Raines is Vice President of Content of Winsome Truth, Inc., a Christian media company he cofounded. Dan also founded Creative Trust in 1989 and is currently its President. Prior he was the General Manager with Word Records. Dan won a Grammy Award as music publisher for Song of the Year “Change The World.” He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Missouri State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University. He has continued his education in a non-degree program through Regent College. Dan has served as a director for International Justice Mission, Blood Water, a mission to Africa, and Hands in Service Uganda. Dan’s family has operated a full-time mission organization in Uganda for more than thirty years

Adrian Eddleman

Adrian Eddleman is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Eddleman and Eddleman LLC, a financial services firm based in Jackson, Tennessee. The firm serves clients throughout the country, advising them on wealth management, financial, and estate planning as well as institutional asset management for credit unions, CPAs, RIAs, broker/dealers, and others. The firm also performs fiduciary advisement for qualified group retirement plans, both ERISA and non ERISA based.

Paul Lucking

Paul M. Lucking is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in B2B and B2C services and consulting. His experience includes the early days of Federal Express creating some of the management systems still in use. He was part of the start-up team of Interface Solutions, Inc. providing shipment processing system for FedEx, consulting to USPS and UPS and several others  delivering technology solutions. He has led Interface Solutions through multiple phases in its 36-year existence.

He was involved in the start-up of Managed Prescription Services, and InsuRx. He was VP operations of both InsuRx in Cleveland OH and America’s Pharmacy in Des Moines, IA. Mr. Lucking was CIO and Senior Vice President Customer Care for ADT, Chief Operating officer for Davel Communications, Inc. and Security Associates International.

He is highly skilled in business case modeling with Excel and has developed financial analytical tools for investment analysis. He is currently providing consulting services, Fractional and Interim CIO/COO plus executive advisor services as an independent and previously as a partner with Fortium Partners. Mr. Lucking holds a BS ME/IE from the University of Minnesota.

Bethany Lewis

Bethany Lewis has an extensive background in real estate management including commercial, residential, multi-family and tax credit. She has also sold residential real estate and has experience as a transaction coordinator. She holds a B.S. in Sociology from Vanderbilt University.

Raaj Baskaran

Raaj Baskaran is, first and foremost, a disciple of Jesus. Raaj Baskaran believes that God has an interest in all aspects of life. Raaj Baskaran believes in submitting to the local elders and serving the family, church, and the local community in that order.

Raaj Baskaran is a first-generation, Naturalized Citizen of the United States of America. Raaj Baskaran moved to the United States in 2011; the prosperity of the United States played a great role in Raaj Baskaran’s curiosity about Christianity. After a long and hard pursuit of Citizenship, Raaj Baskaran found an opening in the defense industry.

Raaj Baskaran is Co-Founder and President of Summit TRC. His career began in the commercial industry as a software engineer and project manager, later migrating into the defense industry. Mr. Baskaran’s extensive experience in the commercial industry provides a unique perspective on how to repurpose commercial efficiencies for the defense industry. Mr. Baskaran received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Raaj Baskaran’s recent achievements in commercial real estate include $35 million in sales, over $10 million deployed in ground-up development and acquisition, and $10 million in turnkey development sales within the last 24 months.

Raaj Baskaran directs the development and acquisitions of his Family office, Summit Properties. With the underwriting skills obtained in the last few years, Raaj Baskaran plans to capture even more of the CRE Market Share and deploy more capital in North AL and Middle TN.
